Returns & Exchanges

At Merchandise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the merchandise in its original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
